  • The HR Shared Services Representative, within the HR Shared Services Team, responds to employee and manager inquiries for HR related matters, provides support for employee self-service tools, and provides accurate information about policies, processes, and programs to resolve employee inquiries and matters on a timely basis, while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • This position provides day to day administrative support to the HR Business Partners.
  • Works closely with other internal stakeholders and outside vendor contacts.

  • Highly self-motivated individual with ability to work independently, think pro-actively, prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Visio - with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed
  • Administrative skills: Answer telephones, compile statistics, interview others, maintain filing system, maintain logs.
  • Knowledge of and willingness to maximize HRIS solutions.
  • NO MORE THAN 5-10 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Submission Requirements:
  • Two years office experience in fast-paced setting, including independent decision-making, critical thinking, high level of customer service and attention to detail, required.
  • Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Experience using an automated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.
  • Associate degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certification in CCP, CEBS, SHRM or HRCI, Project Management or Six Sigma, preferred.
  • NO MORE THAN 5-10 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
