Position: Workday Integration Developer Location: Dallas TX, Charlotte NC, San Antonio, TX (remote also fine) Duration Long termJob DescriptionResponsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, and other integration tools.

Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

Configure Workday integrations to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Workday reporting tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, data transformation, and system connectivity.

Stay current with Workday updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing integrations.

Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams during integration projects.

Document integration processes, configurations, and customizations for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Assist with Workday system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.

Migrated GL, AR, AP, and FA from legacy to Workday

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Workday integration certification (e.g., Workday Studio, Integration Cloud, Studio Certified Integration Consultant) preferred.

Minimum of X years of experience developing integrations withFinancials, or other Workday modules.

Proficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services.

Experience with Workday reporting tools (Workday Report Writer, Workday Prism Analytics) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is desirable.

Experience with other HRIS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
