• Hourly Pay: $22.00 + per hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday through Friday day shift hours between 7 am - 5 pm

This is a temporary role through Referral Staffing Solutions through the end of June 2025. It offers you a chance to showcase your skills and work in a supportive and innovative environment.What You'll Do:As the Purchasing Coordinator Temp, you'll oversee key purchasing operations to ensure production materials are available across various plants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Entering and managing purchase orders for fluid cartons, coordinating with suppliers and production facilities.
• Ensuring timely receiving of purchase orders to maintain accurate inventory and process payments.
• Monitoring packaging and ingredient needs to guarantee smooth production schedules.
• Revising purchase orders, managing supplier acknowledgments, and communicating potential delays.
• Expediting orders and resolving invoice discrepancies for timely payment processing.
• Supporting indirect purchasing tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Practical purchasing knowledge with a clear understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus!
• A proactive self-starter with a knack for improving processes and efficiency.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
