Responsible for performing inspection of purchased parts, materials, components, and equipment. Incoming material inspection consists of hardware, printed circuit boards, electronic components, cables, harnesses, and wires. Provide documentation of all inspections by generating inspection reports, first article inspection reports, and non-conforming (NCMR) reports. Work closely with buyers and engineering. Assist in determining methods, sequences, and procedures necessary for inspection. Work from engineering drawings, sketches, and part specifications.
