TEMPORARY CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINTOR - Ultimate Staffing Services : Job Details

We are searching for Temporary Customer Service Coordinators to help with project based work! The assignment would last any where from 2-6 months.

Job Duties/Description:

• Handle customer service emails and phone calls, managing orders, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Act as the liaison between customers, retailers, and internal teams.
• Prepare progress and forecast reports.
• Track orders and coordinate with carriers.
• Process returns, including providing shipping labels, checking returns, and issuing refunds.
• Use software to record customer interactions and solutions.
• Communicate with team and management to address issues, trends, and improvements.
• Assist with general customer service tasks and understand key customer needs.

Requirements:

• Previous B2B or B2C customer service experience in an office setting required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and product knowledge skills.
• Flexible and willing to assist with various tasks in a small office.
• Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.

Pay range: $20-$22/hr depending on experience.

Duration: a variety from 2-6 months.
