The pay rate is $20 an hour and eligibility for 401K and Medical insurance is after 90 days of employment.

The work schedule may vary based on the route, typically requiring 8-10+ hours a day, 5 days a week. Standard working days include Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

As a Temporary Delivery Route Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing store accounts daily as per route service schedules.
• Ensuring merchandise is properly stocked, rotated, and presented attractively to consumers.
• Collecting payments from stores in a professional manner.

This role is physically demanding. Therefore, candidates must:

• Be capable of loading and unloading trucks daily.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be at least 19 years old.
• Be familiar with using handheld computers.
• Possess basic math skills and strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate inventory and records.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Follow all policies, guidelines, and procedures, including GMP and HACCP standards.

RRI employees become eligible for 401K and medical insurance after 90 days of employment.
