We are always accepting applications from positive, enthusiastic and energetic people that enjoy working with people. The majority of temporary hours available throughout the year are during evenings and weekends. Daytime hours are available more regularly in the summer months.The City of Wenatchee has adopted a policy that measures the 'full-time' status of temporary employees over 12-months for purposes of benefit eligibility. Therefore, seasonal employees with temporary assignments of less than 6-months are not eligible for any benefits with the exception of participation in the Washington State Department of Retirement System (DRS). There will be no retroactivity applied to benefits or any other employment terms and conditions should regular employment be offered at a future date.
