Job Definition:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, negotiation of offers and hiring applicants to fill open requisitions, while being accountable for meeting the hiring goals of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers to recruit for assigned areas.
This role is anticipated to last three months, with the potential of going perm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings and open requisitions.
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Sources candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Prescreens resumes, conducts phone screens, and makes recommendations to hiring managers.
- Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
- Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
- Assists Talent Acquisition Manager with projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with full cycle recruiting.
- Self-starter who excels in a team atmosphere.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and relate to persons in all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis placed on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field preferred.
- Experience working with Taleo.
