Temporary Utility Helper - Pequot Lakes, MN - Xcel Energy : Job Details

In this position, you can assist in a variety of job function within Gas Operations. Work ranges from performing leak survey of our gas system to performing maintenance, installation and repair of our gas facilities. These positions work with regulation, metering, odorization, customer piping and below and above ground piping. Preferred. Previous construction or mechanical work experience. Natural gas leak survey. Required. High school diploma or GED - Valid driver's license. There are two levels of gas helpers entry level and advanced. In order to be considered for placement in the advanced level, applicant must meet all requirements outlined above along with work experience in natural gas, polyfusion, possession of a CDL (Class A), operation of heavy equipment. Placement within the two levels will be commensurate with candidate's skills, education, experience and need.
