About Us: The Spirit Distribution Company is a sales agency seeking experienced, self-motivated Tequila Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for spirits and sales industry professionals looking for flexibility and substantial earning potential - work when you want, where you want.

Position Overview: As our Opener, you'll be the driving force behind introducing our premium tequila brands, including Bandero Blanco and Bandero Cafe, to liquor licensed on and off premise accounts. Your primary focus will be meeting with buyers in person, securing initial sales and maintaining client relationships - earning very competitive commission for each new placement and residual income for reorders placed at your accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential new accounts/buyers, utilizing our CRM system for lead generation and order placement
  • Secure initial sales of our tequila brands to on and off premise liquor licensed locations
  • Maintain client relationships and generate reorders post-initial sale

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Commission-based structure: $150 - $250+ per new account placement
  • Residual income opportunities for cases reordered after the initial sale
  • Weekly/monthly performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Auto reimbursement for business-related mileage

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the spirits industry
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills & an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Must be 21 years of age
