The Terminal Foreman II role is based in Cementon/Catskill NY plant and reports directly to the Plant Manager.
The Terminal Foreman is the designated secondary point of contact at the Cementon, NY shipping & distribution terminal and serves as a back-up function to the Terminal Manager. The basic purpose of the Terminal Foreman is to lead the team and support bulk cement material receipts, product transfers in the bulk storage silos and river dock areas, as well as bulk shipments out of the silos . This includes field enforcement and oversight of internal/external worker safety, environmental compliance, area site security (back-up Facility Security Officer (FSO)), direct supervision and oversight of bulk cement and material handling personnel (water, land, rail), bulk loading and unloading, & transfer system equipment operations and maintenance, field supervision and oversight of maintenance activities and PM/PdM programs in the bulk cement and bulk material handling areas, inclusive of the Kovako ship unloader, cement bulk storage silos, and main water-front dock area activities.
