TERMITE INSPECTOR - Aptive Environmental : Job Details

Location Zip Code: 97223-4344 Job Family: Contractors Aptive Environmental is looking to hire a full-time Termite Inspector to provide excellent service to our residential pest control customers. $20/hr plus commission - the average Termite Inspector can make $7,000 - $12,000 per month. Answer questions and provide clear, concise information. Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally. Follow company guidelines for personal grooming and hygiene. Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the property. Identify locations conducive to termites and preventative measures we would take to protect the home from future infestations. Identify signs of termite activity, including mud tubes, damaged wood, and termite droppings. Distinguish between active and inactive termite infestations by analyzing signs of recent activity. Document and report the status of colonies accurately. Articulate expectations for curative treatments. Provide a detailed explanation of inspection results to customers. Demonstrate how the treatment will effectively address the specific issues found during the inspection. Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed. Ensure the diagram is easy to understand and accurately represents the planned installation. Use the diagram to explain the installation process and benefits to the customer. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in termite inspection Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years) A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires Aptive Environmental: Aptive Environmental provides pest control services to customers in 34 states across the US.
