As our Territory Sales Account Manager, you will drive sales growth by cultivating relationships with plumbing wholesale and contractor customers. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the commercial plumbing industry and already have a solid network of client relationships. You should demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends, excel in independent work settings, and be driven by exceeding customer expectations. This role offers the chance to manage existing accounts while actively forging new connections, all within a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and advancement. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the commercial plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, fire protection, and irrigation sectors.
  • Develop and establish new client relationships to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Train clients on product lines, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of features, benefits, and applications.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years experience in outside sales within the commercial plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, fire protection, PEX, or irrigation industries.
  • Established relationships in the Bay Area with plumbing wholesale and contractor customers.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial plumbing industry and current industry trends.
  • Ability to work remote and manage time effectively.
  • A valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
The compensation package for this position is structured to reflect both the candidate's experience and performance expectations. Anticipated earnings are projected to exceed $200,000 in the first year, inclusive of base salary and commission. Base salary is negotiable and targeted at $100K to $150K. Benefits:
