Responsibilities:
  • Quota Management: Meet daily quota expectations by focusing on sales activities and value-added services, such as compliance initiatives and other revenue-generating activities.
  • Value-Based Sales: Utilize 'Value-Based Sales Skills' to uncover clients' existing service issues and needs, explain contract obligations, and provide alternative solutions.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer concerns and proactively contact customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Determine customers' needs and negotiate appropriate resolutions by right-sizing, price adjustments, and resolving service quality issues.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Achieve sales activity and targets through engaging customers via phone and email.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Customer Records Management: Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Retention Efforts: Retain customers at risk of cancellation or identified as potential lost business.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional team members, including operations, billing, collections, and sales departments, to provide exceptional solutions.
  • CRM Usage: Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to provide solutions and ensure client satisfaction, strong account management skills and account resolution abilities.
