Territory Manager - Otis Worldwide Corporation : Job Details

Manage account management and service operations for the designated customer and P&L - Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed service KPIs and objectives, and serve as technical consultant to customers in the assigned territory. Lead the performance of field operations for all service/maintenance projects ensuring all monthly reliability and availability metrics are met. Perform field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plans. Manage successful transition of new installations to service/maintenance contracts. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and forward planning of frequent wear parts to deliver high uptime. Coordinate with Otis branches across Manhattan, Plainview, and Yonkers for workforce planning to address contracted coverage. Education / Certifications. Bachelors degree. PMP or Project Management Credentials Preferred. Basic Qualifications.
