This position under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Territory Operations Management will organize and lead various field operations initiatives/processes, facilitate and execute simultaneous projects, run reports and present data to monitor the progress of these initiatives, support all North American regions and Territory Managers, and facilitate monthly and case critical communication to Arthrex Agencies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Territory Operations Management team in the creation of Operational Policies and Procedures aimed at driving standard practices and compliance both internally and externally.
  • Provide support in managing departmental projects by developing tasks, assigning them to the necessary stakeholder, and working towards and on time and successful completion.
  • Collaborate with the Field Operations Project Specialist in maintaining Workfront assigned tasks, support the Territory Managers in meeting on time due dates.
  • Manage updates and distribution of all Field Operations published Policies and Procedures.
  • Manage monthly communication of all expired inventory processes to include reporting to all North American Agencies, retrieval, mitigation, and process billings associated with expired inventory for non-compliant Agencies.
  • Send out agency Field Notices as directed by the Field Operations Team and/or Manager.
  • Provide cross departmental support by monitoring SAP for inventory expiration date discrepancies and involving the necessary people to resolve the issue.
  • Assist the Field Operations Analyst in the creation of inventory reports as needed for the Territory Operations Management team.
  • Assist the Territory Operations Management team by identifying inventory for potential field allocation and/or reduction.
  • Perform daily Redspot notification checks to answer field questions, as well as cross functionally partner with the FLS team to service Agency responsiveness.
  • Assist the Field Logistics Services and Loaners and Returns teams with various reports relating to inventory and the Field Operations storage location.
  • Proactively deploy inventory from Field Operations storage location to maximize available inventory and reduce possible scrap and waist.
  • Maintain the department's Organizational Chart and Global Contacts List.
  • 10% travel required or as needed to Agencies to assist the Territory Managers with projects or attend meetings where applicable.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred.
  • 2 years' experience with field inventory processes or 3 years with Arthrex required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Experience with SAP preferred. Knowledge of SAP Success Factors a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of consignment inventory/safety stock levels.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills required.
  • Thorough understanding of inventory consignments and billing processes required.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

Knowledge of computers and other office machines.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to communicate effectively and manage and instruct personnel appropriately.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.

Language and Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
