Open Position: Territory Associate RepresentativeReports to: Regional Sales DirectorResponsibilities:Provide leadership and performance to achieve company goals.Identify, target, and train surgeons for iFuse cases.Market to clinician groups for patient referrals.Meet sales quotas communicated by management.Provide technical assistance in the operating room regionally.Specific Responsibilities:Establish rapport with surgeon customers and employees.Assist in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Manage travel expenses within budget.Establish referral networks and support educational activities.Communicate reporting materials effectively.Manage implant shelf life and instrument sets.Support the Company Quality System.Expertise and Personality:Sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical organizations.Experience in orthopedics or pain management preferred.Strong relationships with local physician groups.Results-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable.Positive work ethic, high integrity, and excellent communication skills.Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or equivalent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
