GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The responsibility of the Bitec Territory Sales Manager is to represent Bitec to all customer accounts in a protected geographical territory. As a Bitec Territory Sales Manager, you are your own boss researching territories; planning and implementing strategies; and developing, expanding, and servicing a base of business. You will work with a team of Bitec representatives, engineers, designers, and affiliate companies; to provide best-in-class solutions and products for the building envelope.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess sales experience. Possession of at least a high school diploma is required and a post-secondary degree is preferred. Must successfully pass all required background screenings and obtain the requisite security clearance(s) to gain access to locations which require more stringent background scrutiny (example: military bases/installations). Must maintain a valid Driver's license to have the ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel domestically and internationally by plane. Must be willing to travel overnight in and out of territory. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, Google applications, Customer Relationship Management) software.
Bilingual or multi-lingual a plus.
