Background Requirements
- 2+ years of consultative selling experience in custom bulk packaging, preferably to the food and beverage industry.
- Willingness to travel overnight, up to 50%.
- Strong value-based selling skills.
- Experience with Intermediate Bulk Containers for liquids.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the Territory Sales Manager for your assigned region, operating it as your own business within the framework of the organization.
- Collaborate with customers in the food and beverage industry, providing solutions for custom bulk packaging needs.
- Manage and grow existing business relationships while actively seeking new opportunities within the territory.
