Position Highlights

Background Requirements

  • 2+ years of consultative selling experience in custom bulk packaging, preferably to the food and beverage industry.
  • Willingness to travel overnight, up to 50%.
  • Strong value-based selling skills.
  • Experience with Intermediate Bulk Containers for liquids.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the Territory Sales Manager for your assigned region, operating it as your own business within the framework of the organization.
  • Collaborate with customers in the food and beverage industry, providing solutions for custom bulk packaging needs.
  • Manage and grow existing business relationships while actively seeking new opportunities within the territory.
