Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be crucial in our market growth and development of Field Sales Reps as they learn our products and sales process. Your primary focus will be assisting the launch and growth of sales for certain markets including sales reps through outbound phone calls, onboarding, and training of of our salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of specific markets, providing feedback to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align training with overall business strategies and sales targets.
- Market Manager for key partnerships, recruitment efforts, and new product launches
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of sales experience (exceptional junior candidates welcome)
- Strong experience in training and developing sales teams, with a knack for conveying complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining poise under pressure and inspiring a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and grow small-format, independent business relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
