Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to regularly travel to assigned store accounts and order products for the store in alignment with the store's contractual agreement with LinPepCo. The Presell Representative ensures stores are able to participate in LinPepCo programs and promotions by verifying they are appropriately stocked with well-presented merchandise. Under the direction of the Director of Retail Sales, the Presell Representative manages Merchandiser(s) and oversees the Delivery Customer Representatives to ensure safe and timely delivery of products, product rotation and promotional signage. This role also manages the relationship with the store manager to ensure excellent customer service, increase sales and improve market share at the store level.
