Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. In this role, you'll partner with a leading pharmaceutical company, one of Syneos Health's long-term clients and most robust relationships.

While reporting to the Syneos Health District Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Implementing the clients sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers
  • Utilizing all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
  • Planning and organizing activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
  • Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative
  • Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ Years in Customer Service, Inside Sales, B2B, or pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Proven track record of success with outside sales experience
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Must have excellent analytical and technical skills working with MS Office

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $82,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
