Position: Tessitura Systems Reconciliation SpecialistDepartment: Advancement & InnovationContract Length: 6 monthsRole Overview: The A&I Tessitura Systems Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for project managing and conducting autonomous work to reconcile, adjust, and report on key donor data from LCPA's donor database Tessitura. LCPA has completed a large data merge project and is looking for extra support to clean up data on records and help compile which projects need to be submitted to our IT teams for their review. The successful candidate will be very familiar with using Tessitura (v15) and will have working knowledge of Tessitura's tables and SQL. This role will report to the Director, A&I Operations within the A&I Operations team. What you'll get to do here: The A&I Tessitura Systems Reconciliation Specialist will partner with A&I's Operations Team, and A&I's IT and Finance Partners to reconcile historic donor data against new A&I data structures, assist with adjustments as required, and provide assistance with training and educating A&I staff on how to use Tessituras key reports, List Manager, Output sets, and identify gaps to the Ops & IT team. Core responsibilities:

  • Oversee the project management of outlining fundamental data append needs from the A&I team's implementation of Tessitura. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, identifying ongoing hygiene projects required, establishing priority, timeline, stakeholder, and complexity to complete
  • Work with A&I fundraising teams to provide training on using Lists, Outputs, Extractions, and reports on Tessitura
  • Conduct routine data adjustments on Tessitura i.e. merging records, updating contact information, marking relationships between records, auditing Plans information against Excel
You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Tessitura v15
  • Project Management experience; preferably around database migration or database hygiene projects
You'll be a competitive candidate if you have:
  • Knowledge of Tessitura v16
  • Identify and lend support, using your knowledge of SQL and Tessitura's tables, to creating SQL queries to assist with the reconciliation of data
