Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of job-related experience. Must have past experience with Fire Control or Combat Control. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the test and integration teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement innovative verification and validation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy test programs, ensuring they meet current standards and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Test Execution Lead to ensure seamless integration and execution of test plans.
- Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and test procedures.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve defects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present test reports and documentation to stakeholders and management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test and integration technologies.Qualifications:
