Job DetailsRole Overview: We are seeking a Software Tester with strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The primary responsibilities include verifying the correct operation of software, identifying issues, and ensuring seamless user experience. The role also involves supporting maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for in-house systems to maintain development operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various types of testing (system, regression, smoke, functional, usability, and user acceptance) and document results.
• Detect, track, and report software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure stability.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting in-house testing environments, tools, and systems.
• Support internal system updates, configurations, and minor fixes to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide detailed test reports and documentation to communicate findings effectively.
• Stay updated with software testing trends, best practices, and industry tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Testmo) is a plus.
• Knowledge of software troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic lab equipment is a plus.
• Experience with test automation tools (Appium) is a plus but not required.
