POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for providing on-site support to customers on completed products. This includes assisting in diagnosis, analysis and resolution of product failures and other warranty and service issues.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:This position is responsible for all the following:• Understanding all controls systems that include hydraulic, hybrid, and automated controls.• Becoming familiar with Serva Controls, Service, and Warranty Department procedures and methods.• Showing customers how to run and operate Serva controls systems.• Understanding how equipment should run and identifying potential unit failures.• Maintaining customer relationships in order to provide effective and efficient support in order to provide excellent resolution to product issues.• Traveling to customer sites to address customer service needs on a timely basis to reduce customer down time .• Travels to the testing of the equipment to ensure calibrations and configurations of the equipment, including electrical systems, are in good working order.• Effective troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control systems.• Effective field repairs in order to minimize the down time for the customer.• Provides preventative maintenance recommendations and service to the customer as required.• Scheduling and maintaining company service vehicle.• Follows all company policies and procedures.• Notifying management and quality department of any trends that show repeated failures in parts or procedures.• Special projects as required.SKILL REQUIREMENTS:• Commitment to a safety culture where safety is the first consideration before starting any task.• Proficient in electrical techniques and use of the equipment/tools required to accomplish the process.• General knowledge of operation fracking and coil tubing equipment.• General knowledge in hydraulic circuits to be able to make repairs in the field.• Proficient in basic material handling techniques.• Proficient in using multi-meter and various other tools for troubleshooting electrical circuits.• Ability to receive both written and verbal assignments from engineering when out in the field.• Proficient in problem analysis and resolution.• Effective and willing communicator with Serva engineering team and customers.• Strong team player.QUALIFICATIONS:• Strong mechanical aptitude• Proficient in all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.• Creativity, initiative, detail-oriented, results-focused.• Self-motivated and can work with moderate direction and mentoring.• Personal motivation for success.• High School Diploma, GED or similar experience.• Vocational school/training.• Valid Drivers License to drive company owned vehicle. COMPENSATION: Depending on experience the compensation for this position ranges are $29.00 - $34.00 an hour. Overtime required, when assigned. WORK ENVIRONMENT: • The performance of this position will require exposure to areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes and other mandatory safety equipment.• For the most part, ambient temperatures with typical plant lighting and manufacturing equipment are present throughout the facility.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:• Sit or stand as needed.• Standing and walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day• Reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required within limits set by Entrans International LLC. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:• Successful completion of a pre-employment screenings• Professionalism, flexibility, critical thought process and creativity• Ability to learn and work under pressure and meet deadlines.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workflow.• Project management experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment) will be an asset.• Regular and reliable attendance• Regular contact with all levels of personnel throughout the organization• Travel will be expected as needed. Able to travel within North America• Follow all safety policies and procedures.• Follow appropriate dress code.
