Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- The test operator is responsible for assembling, testing, programming, and packing on various circuit board assemblies encompassing Pin Thru-hole and client.
- Follow assembly procedures and visual aide instructions.
- Verify the integrity of the material to be assembled to the assembly procedure or visual aid instruction.
- Assemble components (resistors, capacitors, connectors, sockets) in specific printed circuit board locations, following procedure or visual aid instructions.
- Perform components lead per IPC standard, assembly procedure, or visual aide instruction.
- Wash printed circuit boards.
- Inspect your work to ensure placement accuracy and completeness of the work performed.
- Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job-specific procedures.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $16.50 / hr.
Hours: 40 hrs/Week.- 1 st shift
Length: contract to hire.

Job RequirementsRequired Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in electronics and assembling of printed circuit boards.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing.
- Comfortable operating SMT machines.
- Read and write in English.
- Knowledge of working on computers.
- Capable of performing job functions utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions, and visual aids.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team member.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and quickly with high accuracy.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- Lift to 35 pounds.
