Description EIT (Electronic Instrumentation & Technology) is looking for a Test Technician to join our team in our Danville, VA location! EIT is a Contract Manufacturer specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services and serves customers in the sectors of Industry, Communications, Aerospace, Defense and Healthcare.Job Description:The position of Test Technician is responsible for performing functional tests and/or calibrating production assemblies.

• Performs functional testing using written test procedures provide by Engineering and/or the customer
• Performs calibration of EIT proprietary products
• Performs basic troubleshooting on assemblies that do not pass tests

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent
• 2 years of related experience, preferred
• Basic Electronics and trouble-shooting skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High attention to detail
