Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated EV Battery Test Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various tests on electric vehicle (EV) batteries to ensure their performance, safety, and reliability meet industry standards. You will work closely with engineers to analyze battery behavior under different conditions, troubleshoot issues, and document results.

TOP Skills/Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable operating a forklift and overhead crane.
• Perform tests on EV battery cells, modules, and packs to evaluate their performance, efficiency, capacity, charge/discharge cycles, and thermal management under different conditions.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate a variety of test equipment, including leak testers, thermal chambers, load banks, and other diagnostic tools.
