This is a fully on-site position in Oklahoma City, OK.

Job Description
  • Oversee quality assurance activities associated with software development and analysis tasks. This includes developing test plans, performing exploratory testing and executing functional and regression testing.
  • Work closely with engineering, product management and support teams to ensure the product is ready for release.
  • Pull Product Backlog Items (PBI)s that are ready to be tested from Azure DevOps to perform QC testing.
  • Log bugs to the PBIs in Azure DevOps so that the developer can address the bug.
  • Create the Test Plan checklist and the Test Results document.
  • Create test cases in the Azure DevOps for the user stories.
  • Perform testing using those test cases to verify that the user story meets all the acceptance criteria.
  • Perform integration and system testing.
  • Prepare test data.
  • Notify customer and support team when changes are ready for UAT.
  • Conduct and document User Acceptance Testing.
  • Develop successful test plans and document test results.
  • Submit test plan and test results to customer and support team for approval.
  • Perform production rehearsal testing prior to production releases.
Qualifications
  • At least three years of progressive experience is required in the validation of software systems. Advanced Level Test Analyst or Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst ISTQB certification can substitute for this experience.
  • Must demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work independently or under general direction only.
  • Experience with the following tasks:
  • Analysis of requirements, both functional and non-functional, to identify potential tests
  • Analysis of standards documents to identify potential tests
  • Participation in software system team planning sessions
  • Development and execution of test artifacts (e.g. Test Suites, Test Cases, and Test Scripts) in Manual Testing tools
  • Review of test artifacts in a Manual Testing tool
  • Development and execution of test artifacts in Automated Testing tools
    • Must have a detailed knowledge of respective organizational practices, procedures, policies, and methodologies pertaining to the management and administration of automated Government systems.
    • Must have Associate's degree.
    • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
    • Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card
    • Workdays: Monday-Friday
