Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.The Testing Lab Aide is responsible to support laboratory activities as requested by the client's leadership and Lab personnel.Your day to day:* Wash laboratory glassware and distribute to various lab personnel.* Maintain and organize group's chemical inventory.* Order and maintain supply of solvents and materials needed by scientists.* Order and maintain inventory of basic laboratory supplies, such as paper towels, gloves, pipettes, soap, etc.* Manage the waste disposal of chemicals used within the group.* Management of fleet test samples and test results.* Assist with shipping and receiving of test samples.* Administration of quality documentation* Work with all lab personnel to maintain an organized and safe lab environment.* Follow all safety regulations and participate in safety inspections and monthly safety meetings.Client Relationships* Proactively develop and manage client relationships, ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.* Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.* Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client, as reflected by client feedback.* Share innovations and best practices with the account portfolio* Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.* Act as an ambassador for JLL, adopting and maintaining the firm's core values of Teamwork, Ethics and Excellence.Sound like you? To apply you need:* Minimum of 2 years of industry experience* Familiar with a chemical laboratory environment* Capable of moving and handling large containers of oil and related fluids (preferred)* Ability to interact frequently with a variety of functions, such as scientists, building maintenance, shipping/receiving personnel, safety personnel.* Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures* Well-organized, team player* Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelEstimated total compensation ran for this position is:47,840.00 - 50,000.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.
