How will you make a difference?

The CFO – Logistics & Analytics is a key member of the finance team, with responsibility for providing strategic leadership to the finance function and beyond and playing a pivotal role in the ongoing sustainable success of the business. The CFO – Logistics & Analytics will lead the finance function to deliver on the company's growth plans. In addition to bringing functional expertise, the individual in this role will play a collaborative role in driving business results and profitability.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a Financial position
  • Proficient in US GAAP
  • Controllership experience in a multinational company
  • Familiar and working knowledge of Oracle and HFM Reporting consolidation tool
  • 3+ years' experience in project accounting
  • Proven expertise in using remote collaboration tools for communication
  • Strong information systems/ERP system experience
  • Interpersonal and supervisory skills, such as coaching, providing feedback, and evaluating performance of subordinates
  • Strong commitment to business ethics and integrity

  • To be a valued business partner to the Group President and senior management team and involved in all aspects of managing and developing the business.
  • To provide insightful analysis into the business and financial performance that leads to substantive business improvement.
  • To play a leading and supportive role and be a source of high-quality advice to business and functional colleagues.
  • To ensure that a strong control environment is maintained and regularly reviewed.
  • To be an agent of change for the business and drive continuous improvement in people, processes, and information.
  • To lead M&A transactions from inception to implementation.
  • To drive operational efficiency whilst balancing cost and service levels.
  • To take responsibility for hiring, developing, and coaching the best people to create a strong finance team that is motivated and well-led.
  • To provide fact-based financial integrity and logic to strategic decision-making.
