This individual will use their energy, positivity and ability to set direction to guide their team to create supply plans based on the demand plan, considering inventory, vendor capacity, MOQ, greige, and surcharges guidelines to deliver product, on time to meet market requirements. A multifaceted role that requires close partnerships with demand planning and multi channel operations, global supply planning, the multi channel sales organization and across the Vendor base. This individual will also manage and participate in regional and global supply chain projects with a focus on driving process improvement and efficiency within the supply chain organization. This role will report to the Senior Director of Supply Planning. How You Will Make a DifferenceManages a team of Americas supply planning analysts responsible for various TNF product categories through the buy cycle to fulfill market demand and the brand inventory objectives.Manage key partnerships with multi channel operations, demand planning, DTC, merchandising, product development and sourcing partners across the globe.Work with global/regional supply planning counterparts, plus sourcing teams to optimize global buy strategies and vendor capacity utilization.Responsible for on time service to market, the demand supply match and associated acceleration requests and reporting. Coordinates with DTC and Wholesale commercial teams to report monthly KPI's as well as forward looking projections.A process person who can manage but also review and refine what we do, always looking for efficiencies as business requirements, supplier landscape, and system capabilities evolve.Actively participate in development of sourcing strategies as necessary to support inventory and service objectives.Partner with product supply planning, logistics, customer service, and distribution center teams to identify and mitigate risk to ensure on time delivery of product to consumersWork with Supply Chain Center of Excellence, Master Data Management teams, and cross brand Supply Planning partners to establish best practices across VF brands and regions.Coach, lead, drive and inspire a passionate and enthusiastic team, proving direction and support. The ability to help prioritize and guide under pressure but also identify opportunities to support personal and professional development within the team.What You BringIdeally 5+ years of relevant industry experience and 3+ of managing a team.Strong analytical and communication skillsManagement experience including leading, coaching, mentoring, and building effective team within a departmentMotivation, flexibility, and detail orientation are required to meet the demands of a fast-paced and passionate working environment.Understanding of supply chain processes, experience in demand supply match and S&OPStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel knowledgeSAP, Alteryx, Business Objects, Tableau experience a plus.Location requirement: hybrid in Denver, ColoradoEducational/Position Requirements:BA/BS Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar fieldPrevious management experience preferredTravel Requirements:Up to 10% of time Domestically and Internationally.What do we offer you?At The North Face, we know you expect as much from us as we do from you.
