Partner with the Activity Director and other team members to learn all aspects of our department. You'll have opportunity to run activity programs by tag teaming, solo leading, and working side by side. You will need computer skills, ability to read directions, stories, and educational programs in front of groups, be comfortable 1:1 with residents, be prepared to lead exercises and active games, and be ready to spend much time on the go.We look forward to having you join us in games, exercise, outdoor activities, crafts, educational programs, socials, cooking, gardening, wellness activities and so much more. Scheduled weekends and holidays are included on a rotating basis with potential to pick up/swap with other team members.
