About the Role:We are seeking a highly qualified Therapist to join our team on a PRN at our Behavioral Hospital located in Lutcher. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and ensuring their mental health needs are met. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your ultimate goal will be to help patients achieve optimal mental health and wellbeing.Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldCurrent state licensure as a Therapist, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, P-LPCExperience working in a mental health settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a hospital or clinical settingExperience working with patients who have co-occurring disordersExperience with evidence-based treatment modalitiesResponsibilities:Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with patientsAssessing patients' mental health needs and developing treatment plansCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive careMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient recordsStaying current with industry developments and best practicesSkills:As a Therapist, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
