Qualifications: Certified Occuapational Therapy AssistantEducation: Associate's Degree in Occupational TherapyLicensure: Current Arkansas license for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.Certifications: CPRPreferred Experience: One year experience in caring for adult and geriatric patients Physical Therapist AssistantEducation: Graduate of PTA program approved by Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education and/or according to State Law.Licensure: Current License in the state of Arkansas as Physical Therapist Assistant.Other: Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills required. Person must be able to work well with others and be flexible with regard to performing a variety of duties.Preferred Experience: Experience in working with people.Preferred Other: Basic computer skills, good ability to communicate one to one.Occupational TherapistEducation: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programLicensure: Current occupational therapy license or eligibility within the hiring stateCertifications: Current BLS through the American Heart AssociationOther: Must be able to respond to emergency situationsPreferred Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational TherapyPhysical TherapistEducation: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.Licensure: Current Arkansas license of Physical Therapy or eligible for Oklahoma licensure.Certifications: Current CPR certification.Preferred Experience: Six months to one year of experience caring for patients of all ages. Speech TherapistEducation: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.Licensure: Current licensure or eligible for licensure in applicable State of practice. Experience:One year of experienceCertifications: Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association. BLS certified.
