Thermoforming Operator - Treplar : Job Details

Job Title: Thermoforming OperatorReports to: Shift Supervisor ? Production ManagerQualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Experience with thermoforming machines is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate thermoforming machines
• Produce plastic parts according to specifications
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency
• Perform basic maintenance on machines
• Communicate with supervisors and other employees
• Follow all safety procedures

Physical Demands:

• The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• The ability to work in a variety of temperatures and environments

Work Environment:

• The work environment is typically noisy and may be hot or cold

Other Duties:

• Other duties may be assigned as needed
