Position Summary: Responsible for managing and maintaining patient accounts while assisting with various clerical/administrative duties as well as serve as one of the primary liaisons between PFC|First and our client.

Position Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls and make outbound patient calls
  • Communicate and educate patients regarding their accounts in a professional and ethical manner
  • Setup payment arrangements with patients
  • Complete CPR answer and responses in a timely manner
  • Reconcile PPA's
  • Inventory Management
  • New Business Acknowledgement
  • Aged Inventory
  • ILA and BRK Inventory
  • Work insurance forms
  • Take and report payment information in the system
  • Work all Thibodaux Regional Holds
  • Work with Thibodaux's walk-in patients to help resolve accounts placed with First.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude and image
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment and maintain workflow standards

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED; Secondary education is preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in professional office setting
