This position is designated mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events. As of January 1, 2025 the salary range will be $58,898.00 - $88,348.00. The Registered Nurse position will provide the performance of professional nursing care and treatment in accordance with medical protocols. Will develop nursing care plans based on diagnosis and pertinent medical information. Will meet patient and family needs such as conducting nursing assessments; developing, implementing and evaluating treatment plans and providing patient care and education. Works independently to carry out nursing care processes and sets up an environment to assist patients in obtaining maximum level of functioning or recovery. Job duties include the following:
  • Serves as a Charge Nurse , overseeing the daily nursing care activities on an assigned shift or in a preceptor role.
  • Coordinates all licensed and non-licensed staff duties.
  • Administers medications and treatments as directed by a Physician.
  • Maintains appropriate treatment and documentation.
