Thrift Store Laborer - Weekends Required - CHAMBLISS CENTER FOR CHILDREN : Job Details

Our Brainerd Thrift Store is immediately hiring for a part-time General Laborer position. Working Schedule: Part-time up to 30 hours per week. Must be available to work weekends.Duties include:

• Manually unload and store donations.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Move donations/merchandise around the store as needed.
• Light janitorial work/cleaning inside of the store.
• Other work-related duties as assigned by Store Manager.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to the Brainerd store.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to lift, push/pull, squat, kneel, and bend on a regular basis.

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with customers in a kind and friendly manner.
