Assists the ticket office with game day operations.
Required Qualifications
* Knowledge of ticket sales at events and ability to distribute tickets.
* Ability to learn sales software and scanning equipment and retain training and troubleshoot independently.
* Ability to assist Ticket Manager with daily operations.
* Ability to monitor doors and student entrance at events.
* Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse community.
* Ability to stand up to 6 hours at a time.
* Friendly and patient demeanor required.
* Ability to learn, retain and enforce department procedures and policies.
* Desire to work in and around athletics.
* One to two years of similar experience.
* High School diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
