Ticket Sales Executive - Southern League Baseball : Job Details

The Ticket Sales Executive is an integral of the Ticketing Sales team. This person will be responsible for sale and service of Season Ticket and Mini-Plan packages and overseeing the ticket office on a day to day basis with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service. Essential Job Functions: - Generate revenue through the selling of Season Ticket memberships & Mini-plans - Handle and process ticket orders and payments through our ticketing system - Maintain accurate documentation of all sales via CRM Database - Act as a liaison for existing Season Ticket and Mini-plan holders - Provide customer service for any ticket related inquiries or questions - Assist with day-to-day activities in the Ticket Office and Sales Department - Perform a variety of duties during games, including assisting in the ticket office, assisting with guest services, and helping to ensure fans have an enjoyable experience - Other duties as assigned.
