Job Description:Madison Mallards & Night Mares are seeking an individual to assist in the Ticket Services Department. The Ticket Service Coordinator will be assisting the Mallards & Night Mares corporate sales team with the servicing of their accounts. The individual will also assist the community sales team as needed.Responsibilities:
- Work approximately 40-45 Mallards/Night Mares events during the 2025 season.
- Assist in the full servicing of the corporate sales team's accounts including preparing accurate marketing materials, ticket distribution and invoicing.
- Use the ticket system and CRM to manage accounts
- Assist the community sales team as needed with servicing their accounts
- Attend community events to interact with fans and increase brand engagement
- Work ticket office/will call during home games, assisting in walk-up sales & proper ticket distribution for groups
- Help with auditing sales sheets, complete booking, and ticket system accounts
- Create digital invoice links and apply payments to sales sheets & ticket system
- Participate in team sales training and sales development sessions
- Be a leader to all interns & part-time staff members
- Ensure all game day signage for groups is accurately made and placed in ballpark
- Assist marketing team with creation of special ticket package links
- Assist with all customer service related issues and come to a reasonable solution for the fans' needs
- Inform and assist Mallards customers with the selection of stadium seating options and ticket packages.
- Answer office phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Assist other departments as needed, including stadium prep-work during pre-season and pre/post-game.
- Become an expert in the Northwoods League Ticketing Site
- Accept and abide by all terms of the Madison Mallards Full-Time Employee Handbook and Confidentiality agreement
