I. DEPARTMENT INFORMATIONJob Description Summary: This position will work under the direction of the Asst. AD, Ticket Sales & Operations. General responsibilities include: answering questions and problems that may arise on game day; providing exceptional customer service to all patrons; selling tickets to patrons walking up to the ticket office window on game day; scanning tickets as patrons enter the facility; assisting ticket office staff with resolving issues as needed; perform various other tasks that may be assigned by the Ticket Operations staff. Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position. Minimum Qualifications: Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/GED plus 1.5 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. The degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
