Job Description :

SNI Technology's top client is seeking to hire an IT Support Technician! This role is a short-term contract with a hybrid work schedule during normal business hours Monday- Friday in downtown Baltimore, MD This position is not open to C2C or non-US permanent residents.TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES

  • 2 minimum years of IT Support experience
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar preferred
  • Proficient troubleshooting Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 Support
  • Experience with ticketing management systems
  • Software installation, configuration, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience managing and supporting mobile devices
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic networking problems
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar preferred but not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The compensation for this position is in the range of $30/hr.-$40/hr. (negotiable). Please note your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
