TIG Welder - Career Connection Network : Job Details

Perform TIG welding on various metal components and structures Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications Set up and operate welding equipment, including TIG welders, torches, and power tools Inspect welds for quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications and/or blueprints Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area At least one (1) year of prior experience as a TIG/MIG Welder Experience in TIG welding stainless steel #20 gauge stainless required Proficient in pipe threading, welding, and ductwork fabrication Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools effectively Must be able to do basic math and read blueprints Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail
