We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated TikTok Content Creator to help grow our social media presence and engage our audience.

Position Overview:As a TikTok Content Creator / PR Associate, you will focus on creating engaging TikTok videos that promote our brand while also supporting our public relations efforts. Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a key role in driving our social media growth.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Create and post daily TikTok videos that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments to foster community interaction.
• Promptly check and respond to Instagram DMs.

Public Relations & Outreach:

• Develop PR packages and manage gifting orders to enhance brand visibility.
• Track and review all posts and stories related to AYAI across social platforms.
• Conduct outreach to publications to secure brand features.

Email & Communication:

• Manage email communications related to PR, influencer collaborations, and other brand activities.

Stylist Relations:

• Foster and maintain relationships with stylists to promote our apparel in various settings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with influencer relations and collaborations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion and trends.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in PR or marketing (excluding internships).
