**Role Summary**

The Bartender is responsible for delivering memorable drinking and dining experiences at the bar and via the quality of beverages delivered to servers in the restaurant.

**Core Responsibilities**

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

* Enthusiastically solicit food and beverage orders, record orders in the POS system, and prepare drink orders for the bar and restaurant in a timely manner.

* Prioritize and deliver distinctive, unique experiences, and products to guests

* Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment and assist in the control of beverage and operating supply costs.

* Protect restaurant assets by discreetly managing when / who not to serve.

**Required Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will;

* Be a minimum of 21 years of age

* Have at least 2 years of experience as a bartender.

* TIPS training or equivalent

* Candidate must have a flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.

**Starting Rate: $15.00**
