Our starting base rate of pay is $22.37 per hour. We also offer a shift differential for our employees who work our night shifts. TNA is looking for Tire Building (ATOM) Technicians to operate production equipment in our fast-paced, automated plant environment. This role is responsible for assembling a green tire through proprietary equipment following technical specs to achieve total customer satisfaction in quality and on-time delivery. QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Load components or component material from a rolling
• Check machine and building materials for approved tolerance.
• Monitor the control panel and interpret results for problem-solving by troubleshooting and determining impact on each downstream process.
• Change and clean extruder dyes.
• Maintain tire-building goals for each production schedule.
• Follow safety instructions and SOP guidelines.
• Report all equipment malfunctions, unsafe equipment, improper functions, and material/product deviations.
• Report quality assurance abnormalities to the Supervisor.
• Keep a clean and safe work area throughout your shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Constant standing and walking up to 12 hours per day.
• This position may require lifting bulky objects up to 120 lbs.
• Push/Pulling wheeled racks.
• Occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting are required with full range of motion.
