Meet and exceed sales targets for clinical products in targeted accountsIncrease account penetration with existing products and conduct product training sessionsDevelop and maintain relationships with prospective customers, including surgeons and purchasing directorsCreate and implement strategies to achieve sales goals while managing expenses and adhering to company policiesCommunicate effectively with diverse customer types and internal teamsWhat is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or 5 years of relevant sales experienceProven experience in cold calling and full-cycle salesStrong analytical skills to identify trends and drive improvementAbility to plan and implement actionable strategies with minimal supervisionWillingness to travel 75-80% of the timeHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
